We’re on the lookout for energetic, reliable hospitality pros who know how to bring great vibes, keep the pace, and deliver service that makes guests feel right at home.

💥 Recruitment Open Day – Monday 10 November
We’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day with two sessions: 10am–12pm and 1pm–3pm.

If you’re interested in joining the team, simply walk in during one of these sessions — no appointment needed! You’ll have a face-to-face interview with one of our team members, and all other info will be provided on the day.

👉 Tip: While walk-ins are welcome, we ask that you apply for the role online first and then come along. This helps us have your details on file and speeds things up when you arrive.

Please wear casual business attire, bring your valid RSA/RCG, and get ready to show us your hospitality flair.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Behind the Bar

• Pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and keeping drinks flowing

• Keeping bar areas stocked, clean, and welcoming

• Promoting responsible service (RSA always at the core)

On the Floor

• Greeting guests, taking orders, and running meals with a smile

• Delivering fast, friendly, and attentive service

• Making sure tables and service stations are guest-ready

Across the Team

• Using POS for orders and payments with accuracy

• Helping with setup, pack down, and restocking

• Jumping in wherever needed to support your crew

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Current RSA & RCG

• At least 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience

• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset

• Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and service-driven

• Flexible availability (nights + weekends are our peak)

• A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
