Are you ready to take your hospitality game to the next level? We're looking for a full time Gaming Host to elevate the premium experience within our gaming lounge and represent the very best of what Georges River 16ft Sailing Club and Alt. Hospitality Group have to offer.

As a Gaming Host, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience – delivering genuine, proactive, and discreet service that leaves a lasting impression. This is more than just a role; it’s about building strong relationships, curating unforgettable moments, and championing responsible gaming, all while ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating a warm, tailored, and sophisticated environment for every guest

• Building genuine connections to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits

• Ensuring premium service standards are consistently exceeded

• Managing gaming transactions with accuracy and discretion

• Being an expert in our gaming offerings, loyalty programs, and responsible gaming practices

• Collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance the overall guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering high-end, personalised service (ideally in gaming, hospitality or luxury settings)

• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills

• Deep knowledge of gaming operations and regulations

• RSA and Advanced RCG (mandatory)

• Someone who leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to our premium brand standards
