🚢 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and serving a range of beverages – from crisp beers to classic cocktails

• Delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times

• Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised

• Following RSA requirements and promoting responsible service

• Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments

• Assisting with bar opening, closing, and restocking

• Supporting your team during busy service periods

🧾 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• RSA and RCG

• Minimum 1 year bar or hospitality experience

• Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service

• Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
