💫 Recommending drinks, dishes, and pairings like a pro
💫 Serving meals and drinks with style and personality
💫 Mixing up cocktails and pouring the perfect beer
💫 Seating guests and making them feel right at home
💫 Sharing your knowledge (and passion!) for food and wine
💫 Delivering brilliant service every time — always with a smile

Your Skills & Experience:

✅ A passion for customer service
✅ Cool under pressure and calm in busy moments
✅ Able to juggle priorities and keep your space clean
✅ Friendly, professional, and approachable
✅ Sharp personal presentation
✅ Current NSW RSA & RCG (or willing to get them before your first shift)

Trading Hours:

📅 Sunday to Thursday: 10am – 4am
📅 Friday & Saturday: 10am – 6am
