The Opportunity

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Event Coordinator to join our team at our Hurstville (Head Office) venue.

This role is responsible for coordinating events from enquiry through to handover for delivery, ensuring a smooth, reliable and consistent experience for our clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Events Manager, you will take ownership of events at Hurstville and act as the primary point of contact for clients. The role requires a disciplined approach to planning, clear communication and strong attention to detail to ensure events are accurately scoped and well prepared ahead of delivery.

Responsibilities

You will manage events from enquiry through to completion, maintaining ownership of each booking and ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, documented and delivered to agreed timeframes.

You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear, timely communication and maintaining confidence throughout the process.

You will coordinate ClubGRANTS-supported events at venue level, ensuring all requirements are managed in line with established processes.

You will operate within defined frameworks and guidelines, ensuring events are appropriately scoped and delivered in line with agreed standards and commercial expectations.

You will work closely with operational teams to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and accurately handed over ahead of delivery.

About You

You have experience in events or hospitality and are comfortable working in a high-paced environment. You are organised, detail-focused and take a structured approach to your work. You communicate clearly, manage priorities effectively and follow through on commitments.
