The Opportunity We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Event Coordinator to join our team at our Menai venue. This role is responsible for coordinating events from enquiry through to handover for delivery, supporting a consistent and well-managed experience for clients and internal stakeholders. The Role Reporting to the Group Events Manager, you will take ownership of events at Menai and act as the primary point of contact for clients. The role includes responsibility for ClubGRANTS-related activity and requires close collaboration with the Site General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication and follow-through. Responsibilities You will manage events from enquiry through to completion, maintaining ownership of each booking and ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and delivered to agreed timeframes. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout. You will coordinate ClubGRANTS-supported events, including maintaining accurate records and acting as the link between the Events team and the Chief Marketing Officer for reporting and submission requirements. You will operate within established processes and guidelines, ensuring events are appropriately scoped, approved and delivered in line with agreed standards and commercial expectations. You will work closely with the Site General Manager and operational teams to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and well prepared ahead of delivery. About You You have experience in events or hospitality and are confident working in a busy environment. You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
