Full-Time: Working 38hours/week across a 7 day rotating roster.
The main duties of the role include:
Provide leadership and support to the frontline team
Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff
Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters
Ensure a positive customer experience for our guests
Deal with customer feedback and offer positive outcomes and solutions
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in leading a team
A valid RSA and RCG competency card
Confidence to work independently and resolve issues
Great communication skills - both verbal and written
Flexibility and availability to work across the operating hours of the Club
Able to work a rotating shift roster including weekends, nights, public holidays
