Alt Hospitality is looking for an experienced tradesperson or maintenance professional to join our maintenance team based at Club Central Hurstville.
This is a hands-on role suited to a well-rounded tradesperson who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys tackling a variety of maintenance tasks. You'll be based primarily at our Hurstville site supporting a diverse range of facilities including our Club, commercial building and Travelodge hotel. There will also be occasional support required at our Menai and Sandringham sites all located within Sydney South.
Working alongside an experienced and easy-going team you'll be trusted to use your judgement, prioritise tasks effectively and take ownership of your work. This role suits someone who enjoys staying on the tools, working across a variety of maintenance activities and getting the job done properly the first time.
What we're offering:
$85,000 + super
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (flexibility for later starts if required)
No public holiday work
On-call roster approximately one week per month
Additional on-call allowance and call-out payments when rostered on-call
All tools provided
Onsite parking
Uniform supplied
Daily meal provided

What we're looking for:
Experienced tradesperson or maintenance professional with proven building maintenance experience or trade experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
Comfortable working across a broad range of maintenance duties
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Trade qualifications and previous facilities maintenance experience will be highly regarded
